Just because something hasn't been released yet, doesn't mean it won't be.
However, given that's an un-named DAP which doesn't (AFAIK) exist anywhere other than that picture and has no specs, I wouldn't personally hold my breath.
Players like the Clix3 or P10 which have clear specs are far more likely to actually make it to production (though, that's still no guarantee they'll all necessarily make it...).
