The setting can (or at least, will be when the build is up) be found in General Settings -> File View -> Ignore leading 'The'...
Edit: Alright, new builds are up. You may have to reinitialise your database to make the ignore-the patch work, or maybe that is just me. To reinitialise it the brute force way, select reinitialise and then turn your player off. On restart it will do a complete rebuild.
