I've read this entire post and there's a wealth of great information here, thanks to all of you who have contributed!
I've seen this 2300mah battery refered to a few times:

I just finished repairing / upgrading my H120 (replaced the screen, HDD and did the foam trick for dry solder joints on the daughter board). Battery life isn't great (around 6 hours) and I have an 18 hour flight coming up in a months time.
I'm looking at which battery to purchase and this looks like it could be a real winner in terms of capacity. I'd be interested to hear about peoples experiences with these batteries, specifically:
What kind of battery life / charging time do you get with these batteries?
Has anyone used this battery in an H120 / H140? What was the fit like? I imagine that a 2300mah battery would be thicker than usual and I have no intention or removing any of the shock absorbtion.
Has anyone used this battery for 6 months+? I'd be interested to know if it suffers from ballooning or any other probs.
