Problem is, the deals are almost never worth it.
Take the X-Box bundle, no-one in the states would pay $450 for it.
Also, with regards to eXpansys, they're a proper retailer and any deals they offer are probably just due to over-stocking or other such matters - they're far more like Amazon in offering discounts than they are like Woot.
