Yes I've had great success with my new battery so far. My old one used to give me about 8 hours of normal use, before the capacity dropped off dramatically causing me to have to replace it. It's early days but this new one is so far giving me nearly 14 hours of use, and I'm hoping to perhaps get a bit more out of it once I've completed a few more recharging cycles.

The battery you mentioned is the exact same one I bought - the H110 bit means it's designed specifically for iRiver H100 and 300 series players - so the molex plug will not need modifying and the battery itself will be exactly the same size and thickness as your current battery. It'll be a straight swap.
