Cost me a bit under £16 including postage. It's a good quality, higher capacity (2200mAH) Cameron Sino battery made specifically for the iRiver H120, H140, H320 and H340 so no modifications were necessary to either the molex connector or the case. Took about 10 minutes to fit and works a treat!

As this battery isn't up for sale any more, do you happen to know where I can get it at? I wouldn't know how to switch the molex would be my biggest reason for going with this type of battery. Have you had success with it so far?
Update: I seem to find an Australian seller (as well as a New York-based seller with one battery & free shipping) selling a bunch of these CameronSino - Model # CS-H110XL - Part # PMPIRH1 DA2WB18D2, 2200-mAh batteries that are made in Hong Kong. Are these recommended & don't require the molex switching?
