I use a clear 3MM Bumpon (Cat. No. SJ5370R25; 144 Bumpons per sheet) for the joystick button and under the player. Also, I attached the Bumpon to the joystick button of the H340 remote control that I use with my H1X0 player (http://www.head-fi.org/forums/showthread.php?t=247787).

The rubber feet are 3 mm tall and 7 mm diameter; and transparent. After I put on one in each corner the player is much more stable and will not slip easily. So I put a drop of transparent glue on the top and applied pressure until the glue fastened.

I am delighted to say that the joystick now moves just the way I want it to! Of course this mod increases the height of the player, and those who usually keep the H120 (or H320 for that matter, sans joystick mod) in a tight pocket may not want to do it.
