Here is the link that Iriver sent to me to upgrade my firmware to version 1.77.
I had verson 1.40 on my player and it was driving me nuts. The Updater Version 2.6.0.0 gave my player a lobotomy and brain transplant.

I want to share this this with anyone who also may need a lobotomy. Mine has made my T10 experience much more pleasant.
