Sounds like you have different framerate and bitrate settings in GUIEncode.

Yeah, the different settings would have that affect. Also, notice you are comparing two different players. Even if they have the same bitrate and framerate, they have different screen sizes (although, I suppose that if the files had the same bitrate, it would make no difference).

WinFF seems to use a 224 kbps bitrate (for audio and video...?) for the H10, and a 224 for 4:3 or 256 for 16:9 bitrate for the H300. Also, I'd like to point out that you CAN convert files to play on the H300 using GUIEncode.
