I own a X20, and it had the clock stalled. I set the time, but, after that, the time remained stalled. I brought it back to the shop, and they sent it to the authorized service. After 4 working days I received this call. They told me that the clock was working. They said that they rewrote the software to the player. So there is a mean to rewrite the firmware...
I'm glad now to have the player fully functioning.
