Yes, as I said my experience is with the SlimX and the iRiver firmware for that is extraordinary. It's head and shoulders above any other product I've had, and there's quite a few of those. What is obvious to me is that the people who developed (and continued to develop) the firmware were users and quite enthusiastic about the product. They were able to put themselves in the shoes of the users because they
were the users! That's something that's missing from so many electronic products.
