First off, the wireless transfer thing is a beotch. They should have just left it out if they were going to cripple it so much. It had a lot of potential, but Microsoft decided to be an ass and disable all of the cool features it could have had.
The software is stupid. Instead of using Windows Media Player 11, you have to use the stupid Zune specific software. This is dumb considering they put so much effort into making Media Player look so good.
Also, unlike most MP3 players, it can't be used as a HDD, what the heck is up with that?
Plus Zune isn't compatible with the 'Play for Sure' music service, the one that Microsoft has been pushing on everyone for the past few years.
