I forgot to mention that 2165 out of 2255 files are either 320 kbits CBR or Alt Preset Extreme VBR MP3s. The other 90 files are 32 kbit 1 hour podcasts. Also I forgot to deactivate the Optical port so the red led was active during the test.

The massive playlist, bitrate and other options could all affect the battery life so it seems pretty good to me. For a more standard test try an album of 128kbs or 192kbs on repeat all with no other settings altered.

Thats just due to the power consumption of the phones.
*edit* Rewiring the molex on the main board seems ok for the h100's but for the h300's seems a little tricky. The molex on the h140 is easy to get to but on the 300's it would be more difficult.
