i own a 4gb. the only problem i really had was with the off/sleep issue (which has sort of been solved -- restarting with the hold switch on).
i don't think there is a board anywhere for any player where you can't find numerous posts about 'issues'. the clix, like other pieces of electronics, is no different.
i've owned an ipod, zen, and now a clix. even in its early stages, the clix still has no more issues than the other two, at least in my experience.
i could go on for days about how great the clix is. yes, it has issues, but the positives far outweigh the negaives in my opinion (i couldn't say the same for the zen or ipod).
besides, the best way to find out is to buy one. if you don't dig it, return it.
