i got my first 120 about 2 and 1/2 years ago. i loved it from the beginning. i checked around and compared all the different players.......right off the bat, i was able to see that iriver is a stiff competitor with ipod. when i read all the 120 could do compared to the ipods, i was sold. i bought my player off amazon.
i set up my songs - loving the drag and drop ease of use, the charging without the usb port, and the whole shuffle feature.
guess what???? i dropped it 2 months ago on a hard tile floor. it had the leather case on it. i'm not sure what happened, but i could no longer power up the unit........i tried charging it and it would not charge either.......
so, i opened it up and looked inside. not knowing what i was looking at, i closed it back up........
i was going to get the h10 model out now.......but they were sold out on amazon and most other places........
i found that staples online had it for a good price, but just as i was about to buy, i found an old pc review on the 120 and i compared it with the pc review on the h10........i didn't want to lose my shuffle feature! so, since they are no longer being made, i decided i'd rather have a used 120 than a new h10.......so i bought a refurbished one off ebay.......will be getting it tomorrow. i am really excited. it's my favorite player.......it's flashy in all the right places.
