Thanks to all those who have offered help on regaining the preloaded themes games etc after restting and not backing them up. I just got my e10 yesterday and due to iriver plus 2 stuffing me around and closing spontaneously during syncing i ended up with a corrupt music file on it that would lock the screen. I couldn't delete it as it wasn't recognised by my computer and not even resetting my e10 got rid of it. I ended up having to initialize it which did get rid of it but also the preloaded content which i didnt realise i should've backed up. However, with the help of people here and komencanto's guide to the e10 on the iriver forum page, found at this link:

I've got my e10 back!
To all other e10 users, make sure you get iriver plus 3 instead of iriver plus 2. You can find it here:

Make sure you upgrade your firmware through that program ASAP.
