MTP players place the music into Media>Music, whereas natural UMS players have theres in Music folder IIRC.
As to your problem, I dont if this will work, but have you tried just typing in X:/System ? whereas the X is whatever the h10. Make sure you are in UMS mode if you have MTP which I assume you
