Let's see.... what I love about the H120....
UMS File Storage
Rockbox
Optical in/out
LCD Remote *that came with the player*
Still working after 3 years and 2 owners
With battery decay, I still get better battery life than the iPod on my original battery
Nearly everything is user replaceable (with some tech. skills)
Superior audio quality
I can't even consider any of the newer players on the market as a secondary player... none even compare to the H120 in features or capacities and sizes that appeal to me (after three years, I think iRiver has done pretty well. What happened iRiver??)
Overall, the best mp3 player I have ever owned. And probably will be the only mp3 player I ever own, even if I do replace parts (battery is next, then possibly hard drive to upgrade and finally perhaps the screen if it fails)

No other player can brag these facts, it's a shame iRiver phased them out. They had iPod beat in features, price, and functionality.
