I guess we know that on average people are getting from 1 to 2 years from the original iriver 1300mAH batteries.So we may need to wait a bit until we can be sure if the no name cheapo 2200mAH replacements are going to last for a similiar time.
I wonder if the Newertech or Cameron Sino ones are really any better than the ebay cheapos seeing as they are also made in Korea or China.

Is it a case of qualty control or are we just getting an identical product with a brandname stuck on it?

I have a cheap one and Im hesitant to try it until my original battery goes down!
