I'd put it on eBay if i were you.
From what I've read here, I understand the H120 is slightly thinner than the H140 due to the 20gb HDD being somethign like 2mm thinner than the 40gb drive (I could be wrong, so feel free to correct me on this.)
I did read the thread where someone else had upgraded to a larger (30gb, I believe?) HDD, but it "barely" fit, and was very snug due to the slightly larger HDD size. I think I'll check out the actual specs if/when I can find them to compare the HDDs (I haven't looked too hard as of yet.)
