I had a look around the iriver Australia website and found a contact us link. I wrote the following to them. Hopefully someone comes and looks in on this thread . . . You never know

Hi iriver. I am a proud owner of an E10 player and an active participant in the misticriver.net forums regarding the E10. The following link is a thread we have started showing what the users would love to see in up and coming firmware releases
