I just listened to the audio recorded on an ifp-795 with an Azden lavalier mic that I used at a wedding (for the Readers and then at the reception off the band's speaker). I have a recording, but at exactly 1 sec intervals, there is an audio dropout. On the sound display in Final Cut, I can see many places where the audio signal goes straightline for anywhere from 0.5 to 1 sec. Even where this isn't obvious in the signal, there is a periodic, audible glitch that will make these recordings unusable (but I had four other recordings going during the ceremony, so nothing will be lost!). This iRiver has worked fine in the past.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?
