Alas my two month old iHP-120 refuses to converse with my computer.
First the download speed dropped to below USB1.0 rates, then no transfer @ all.
My computer doesn't recognise the unit as a USB device.
It's listed on my computer as a "Local Disk"
In "My Computer" running winXP, it gives no statistics re drive size or free space for this Local Disk.
I have tried the "120" on a different computer with alas the same results.
I've tried different USB "slots" USB1.0 and USB2.0. Also tried a different USB cable. No go.
I must add that I received a reply from iRiver tech support very quickly, so far so good, if you don't include the non working 120.
Oh I must add that the unit does work, all the songs play etc etc, I just can't modify what I have installed.
