I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!

A couple of hours ago I was just going to use my PMC-120 and when I turned it on it automaticaly put the volume all the way up and it displayed it on the screen as if the up volume button was stuck or something. I have reset it and when it turns on and I push the up volume nothing happens. But when I push any other button it automatically puts the volume at the max level and after that U just cant do nothing.
The button doesnt look or feel like its stuck. Fisically its on its place.

I only have had my player for a couple of weeks now and have never smaked it (hell, I have tried it like if it was my little baby!!!) and have been very satisfied with it. For the short time that I have had it it has always done what I told it to.

Has any one had this problem and could fix it without having to return it to iRiver ?????

And another question: How much time do iriver return a fixed or new player with the waranty?
