Don't know if there is an accessory to facilitate the hanging but personally from a hard ware point of view i'd of thought that HD based players might be be safer in a pocket/armband style instead of swinging and banging around your neck. It obviously depends how you wear it. If it's round your neck with a garment over the top then that would minimize the movement but if it's round your neck and you jog down the street with it thrasing to a fro it won't do the drive any good.
