Well, nothing to do about the artist thing... but if you use MP3tag to edit the album, so that every song belongs to '101 short songs', it should be displayed as one album. Alternatively, you can edit the genre
If you change the genre into something exotic, like 101songs, you have the whole album under that genre in your player.
