When sellers intentionally steal a refund they offer to you, then fail to live up to shipping promises, I do not feel it is harsh to wish them a doomed business venture. It is only hastening the inevitable. Eventually enough complaints will emerge that they will have to either honor their promises or pay out hefty fines or possibl legal action from the state's District Attorney for fraud, don't you think?
I have checked on these people and they seem to move their business address often and, like they did to me, pressure others into withdrawing their comments. I myself have filed complaints with the BBB in PA, Paypal, Ebay as well as SquareTrade in reference to my own nightmare purchase.
I hope they all fall into the pits of hell. But, that is just me.
