hi i am new to the site, ive had an iriver H120 for 2 years, and ive loved it, and i found this site because i am now replacing my battery due to the fact that the player doesnt have enough power to play for more than an hour and a half. ive never even used rockbox , because i just found out about it a few days ago, so i am doing as much reading as i can about it before i install it after i put in thbe new battery.
anyway, my questions are:
1) when is the the next release of rockbox comming out?
2) when i install it, is there any way of changing the boot up logo?
because i saw on this site:
http://www.beermex.com/@spc/iriver/ihpbmp/ some awesome modifications to the logos, but the date of the release of that program is from more than a year ago. so i am not sure if it would be applicable with the latest iriver firmware. and would that program work with RockBox?
or is there some other way to change the logo when rockbox is the firmware?
i saw these instructions on this thread:
[How To]Change the boot logo , but thats for the h3xx series. anyone know how i would change the logo on the h120?
