Yes, as you can see from the previous post, all you have to do is change your name to something less offensive.
If that doesn't work, then there could be a number of things: being purchased in Asia, being UMS, drivers, etc...
What is the problem exactly? Are you able to transfer the Audible file to the player successfully via "Audible Manager"? Does "Audible Manager" recognize your player? Does your computer even recognize your player?
I have a feeling it's because your player is UMS. I have a 1GB T10 MTP and Audible works fine. Any more specific issues that you can describe could help
