Thanks LJ. I tried that and had a lot of success. Very helpful. There are still some special characters that did not display such as: ḥ, ṁ, ṛ, ṇ, ṣ and ṭ. There are a number of fonts on my pc that will display these characters including Arial Unicode MS, Microsoft Sans Serif, tahoma and others. The main one I am actually using, because of the transliteration software I have, is URW Palladio ITU. Do you know what font the H320 text viewer is using and what would be the easiest way to have the H320 text file font compatable with what I am using on my pc? Latin extended doesn't seem to have these.

It would be great if the font I am using in notepad showed up exactly the same way it does in the H320. Any suggestions are appreciated.
