i recently sent in my h10 to get fixed with an rma, i live in australia, and i had to send it to america because it was purchased there. they fixed in about 1 1/2 week, and sent it express/next day delivery, which i got. so an in all, i was without my h10 for the duration of two weeks
. i was quite impressed. but they sent me the same one, but it was fixed. i was kinda hopind it would be a enw one
