You don't need to do anything with fonts. The text file has to be in Unicode format and H3Mod will display it fine. A possible tool for saving files as Unicode is notepad. I t may not have many great features, but is one of the most stable unicode text viewers under Windows...
Open your file, Save As, and choose Unicode as the file type.
