Hmm.. strange mod. I would like to see some pics first.
I liked the idea of bluetooth headphones until I realised this:
A DAP (Digital Audio Player) has to convert digital data to analog (DAC) that will come out of the line-out and headphone jack. With the bluetooth adapter the conversion must be done again. So that is Digital -> Analog -> Bluetooth -> Digital -> Bluetooth phones -> Analog.
From this I assume that there must be at least some conversion errors (or round up of analog signal). I can't say that I would trust such phones.
Anyway the mod seems a little to difficult and dangerous to perform. Post some pictures when you are done with this please.
P.S: Don't use the line-out unless you want to have distorted sound (at least with normal headphones). Line out is not optimal for phones.
