Altho FAT32 supports very large drives (up to 8 Terabytes), it becomes very inefficient, because the cluster sizes become massive (Which will lead to lots of wasted space). NTFS fairs better because its cluster sizes are always around 4KB; too bad NTFS is a bit too complex for an MP3 player.
