But the bad side of that is Li-Polys only have 175-300 charge cycles or about 1% loss of charge power per month (No wonder everyone's batteries are dying). Li-Ions can get 500-1000! cycles per battery, but there's that lil' bit about them being more liable to explode if mishandled. Oh yeah, they're also about 2X as expensive as Li-Polys.
I think I would rather have a removable pack made up of AA Ni-MHs. Cheap, reliable and easy to replace.
