Insane
My original SlimX 350 that I my parents bought me for my birthday 3 years stopped reading discs 13 months later. iRiver graciously replaced it without even asking when I bought it. I didn't have the new one a year before it happened again. I can't even listen to the radio now; there's no sound.
After that, I decided I would get a 550, but then decided to get an MP3 player. That was before I'd even heard of the iPod. That was months and months ago, and only 7 days ago did I get an H10 20GB. I decided to stick with iRiver because I have a fondness for them and the features are incredible.
My advice to all you living in iRiver's past with the 350 is to get either an H320 or one of the H10s. It's better than carrying a bunch of MP3 discs around.
