I agree with dapureplaya_04's comments, but feel it is important to state that there are no guarantees. I would say that there is perhaps a slight risk in using it, but it is pretty unlikely you will encounter an unrecoverable problem. I have been using RockBox daily builds pretty much exclusively for a couple of weeks now and have had no problem that at least a reset couldn't fix.
