Mike you will find that a lot of rechargables will actually hold a little more about 1.3 in fresh decent ones. so its still over. But if your unhappy thats ok and understandable, but try it and if it goes wrong then RMA to iRiver. (I almost guarantee it wont have a problem no definitive as I dont own a h100 to test it on so dont want to shoot myself here).
