There is a need for a FAQ for the question about Windows does not recognize a H3XX or H10. I would have written the FAQ myself but do not own either product and am not exactly 100% sure of the answer I have not done so.
I suspect the majority of the answer is related to the configuration of Windows with only a small portion being tied to the DAP.
As a part of this FAQ or perhaps a second separate one some effort should be placed on the question of Napster or other online service not recognizing the player is also a good idea.
Heaven forbid that I would condone the use of a rent-a-music download service but it may be the wave of the future and this is a question that does pop up.
