I had this problem happen to me this morning. My H320 displayed "Connected" even though it was not. I tried resetting as many have suggested but that did not work.
The only thing that worked was Zall's suggestion. I plugged in the supplied usb cable to my H320 and took a small piece of wire and contacted the outside leads. It worked at the moment it turned off the always connected display but one second later it would revert back to the always connected display.
I tried everthing. Leaving the wire contact longer than 5 seconds. Or leaving the wire contact on the outside leads on and restarting/turing off the H320, nothing worked.
Finally, I tried one last thing. I reloaded my firmware 1.27k. And it worked. It has worked so far. I have turned off my player twice and on again three times. It seems fine for now. 3 hours and going...
So if you have tried Zall instructions and let go of the wire to the leads and it still donsn't work. Leave it contacted long enough so that you can reload the .hex firmware.
Hopefully this will help some of you. Good Luck.
PS. I got so lucky. All this wouldn't have worked without Zall's help. Thanks Zall.
