As it is, though, most people who are happy with their players won't google for an iriver forum in the first place and thereby find their way to misticriver. There's (probably) hoards of happy users who'll never post anything, whereas the people who are unsatisfied tend to post the same problem over and over again until it's solved. (subtle hint to use the search button and some patience
).
