Add one to the tally of working US - USBOTG units.
I followed the original tutorial, and I would like to make one addition:
To save yourselves from the grief that I had of restripping the red wire and my telephone (power) wire, TAPE YOUR CONNECTIONS AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN. Those thin wires are very delicate, so do yourselves a favor and tape very soon after making the connections.
My Dazzle USB 2.0 CF card reader worked flawlessly!

P.S. iRiver surprised me: the host cable came in nothing but a bubble padded envelope, no box. On the other hand, what else whould go into this box?
