The playlist editor is for use on a PC only, unfortunetly there is currently no way (that we know of) to make programs that will run from the H300 interface. When the installation guide says to 'copy the exe file to your H300', its so that you can run it
from a PC on the H300 dirve that pops up when you connect your player to your computer.
