Question

OK, so there's a way of modifying a US H320 for USBOTG internally here
http://godzilla.disca.upv.es/~spetit...ooded-h320.jpg

The picture clearly shows L40 against the missing component, which implies that its an inductance (coil).

Has anyone taken a look inside an International H300 to see what the component actually IS (how its labelled, more particularly)? That way the proper component could be installed rather than a piece of wire that seems to be originating from "somewhere else" in the circuit.

There is a possibility that the inductance is linked to some form of AC circuit and is being used as a voltage multiplier to increase it a bit, but I suspect its just there to prevent high frequencies (aka the data!) being reflected back into the H300 from the USB cable.

[by the way "hello everybody" - I've been following MR for a couple of months now, and my "Christmas present" of a US H320 finally arrived a couple of weeks ago )
